NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY:
Please read carefully. Some returns will incur restocking and shipping fees.
Items can be returned up to 10 days after the shipment date. Orders shipped to foreign addresses cannot be returned. There is no restocking fee for an item that is returned due to an error on our part (e.g. you received the wrong color item) or for the return of a defective item. Due to fees we are charged by our suppliers, all other returns will incur restocking and shipping fees. See below for complete details.
**PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING ITEM(S)**
1. We will gladly accept your returned item(s) provided that the returned item is in new and resellable condition, including having all tags attached and packaging materials intact. Items must be in new condition with the original packaging. Product(s) must have never been used with no signs of wear, tear, or debris. Items can be returned up to 10 days after the shipment date.
2. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as you received the wrong color item, there is no restocking, exchange, or shipping fee on the item sent in error.
3. Orders shipped to foreign addresses cannot be returned.
4. If the return is for any other reason there is a restocking fee. Due to fees charged to us by our suppliers, we must charge a 20% restocking fee and you will be charged for shipping. The shipping charge applies to all orders, including those that received free shipping.
5. All returns must be authorized by Customer Service by emailing email@example.com or calling toll free (855) DELTAC1 (335-8221) or direct at 910-848-1220. Once an RMA# has been issued, please clearly mark the outside of the return shipping box with this number, otherwise your package will be returned unopened.
